This project was a large-scale loft situated in the art district of SoHo. The clients are avid collectors South Pacific art, and the pieces are prominently displayed for daily appreciation. The floors are sustainable exotic wood which adds warmth to the expansive space. Other notable elements are the mix of textures in upholstery fabrics, including lambskin leather for the baskets, cashmere decorative pillows, hand-painted linen bedding, and wool sheers for window treatments. The colors blend in a sophisticated harmony. This project was a collaboration between the architect firm of Tsao and McKown.
