Demi Adeniran

Demi is a designer whose aesthetic crosses cultural boundaries evoking and celebrating a global perspective. Her interiors often include uniquely sourced items that add a diverse voice, whether it’s imported antiques or Parisian flea market finds. Demi has been creating livable, beautiful interiors for over two decades, concentrating on residential and hospitality projects. She has collaborated with leading architects such as Tsao and McKown, Robert A.M. Stern, Rodolfo Machado, Jorge Silvetti and artist Lorna Simpson.

Demi’s work has been featured in numerous publications, including Room for Children by Susanna Salk, O at Home Magazine, New York Magazine, Elle Décor, W, Harper’s Bazaar, Time Out, Domino, Brides, and New York Times Home Magazines. 

Instructor in Higher Education Institutions

As an instructor at Parson’s New School, Demi is an interdisciplinary instructor of product, interiors, and fashion design, a position she’s held for the past 17 years. She also focuses her curriculum on sustainable-driven principles to engage students to become stewards of positive change. 

Entrepreneurship 

Her entrepreneur ventures include Interiors 432, Inc, which offers interior design and home staging services. Adeniran also founded Fabrica LLC, a home furnishing boutique offering full design services and custom furnishings sustainably produced locally in NYC. Adeniran’s years in the fashion industry as a merchandiser, buyer, and trade forecaster give her an advantage in generating design solutions to meet the needs of individual projects.
